দরিদ্র পরিবারের মেধাবী সন্তান, এনায়েতপুর দাখিল মাদ্রাসার নবম শ্রেণিতে পড়তেন, ছিলেন স্থানীয় এক মসজিদের মুয়াজ্জিন , পরিবারের ভরনপোষণের দায়িত্ব টুকুও ছিলো তারই কাধে। ঘটনার দিন সকালে মাকে এক ঘন্টার জন্য বাড়ির বাইরে যাওয়ার কথা বলে আর ফিরে আসেনি সিয়াম। পুলিশের এলোপাতাড়ি গুলিতে এদিন সিরাজগঞ্জে দুজন নিহত হয় যার একজন হাফেজ সিয়াম। বাবা তার ছেলের লাশ নিয়ে গ্রামে ফেরার পর এমনকি লাশ পর্যন্ত দাফন করতে দেয়নি স্থানীয় লীগের নেতারা, এত নিকৃষ্ট, নির্মম ছিলো ওরা আমাদের শহীদদের লাশের প্রতি ও। বুকের ধন প্রিয় সন্তানকে হারিয়ে মায়ের কান্না যেন থামছেই না। আপনি আমি কি করে শান্তিতে ঘুমাই এই খুনের বিচার না করে?? এই তরতাজা প্রাণগুলোকে কি জবাব দিবেন কাল কেয়ামতে?
